I personally wouldnt have it in there to long. 15-20mins should give it plenty of time to work through the system. So i guess 15-30mins shouldnt be to bad. Should atleast clean the major stuff out.
Drive or just idle?

Those coilpacks rarely fail. They are much more durable then the crappy Bremi's

Just a mild trip should work. I would leave it in there just long enough to still feel comfortable. My only thing is you should probably put in some cheap oil and run it again after you drained out the oil with seafoam so you can then install full clean syn oil after. Should run the crap oil for about 50-100 miles.

Eh, now you tell me lol. I went and bought some castrol syntec 5w-30at walmart today for $20for 5 quarts. Oh well, do you think it will be ok to drain the oil I currently have in there and reuse it? It only has about 300-400 miles on it.

So I seafoamed my '01225 and it helped quite a bit in smoothness. Huge billows of smoke came out the pipe! I have a question though.

So I was having my girlfriend rev the car while doing the seafoam and I noticed that I could hear what sounded like a high pitched whistle coming from the car as the revs got higher. The higher the rev, the higher the pitch. Obviously sounded like the turbo. Is it normal to be able to hear the turbo like that?Is it possible that the hesitation that I am experiencing is aboost leak? It's really hard to drive the car smoothly with the hesitation being so bad in the first and second gears.

That sound could easily be a boost or vac leak.

Replace your MAF immediately (I wouldn't bother cleaning it), get the newer green top coolant sensor, replace spark plugs and coilpacks, make sure to use high octane -91/93- gas only, and I recommend you use Mobil 1 Synthetic 0w-40 oil. Get your timing belt and all accessories changed out immediately (check out www.ecstuning.com or www.dieselgeek.com).

Open your airbox, if it gets louder you're just hearing the turbo, if not then start looking for a leak.
