Default Koni or Bilstein: Which is more compliant?

If I were to install Neuspeed sports springs, which of these shocks would provide the more compliant ride?

you can get koni sports with adjustable dampening. This would let you change from a firm to soft ride in mins.

Also if you have quattro, your going to need atleast a 1/2 kmac kit if your at about 1" drop and full if you are around 1.5"
