Default Lost compression in two cylinders

So while driving my car I lost a lot of power and the check engine light started flashing. I limped it home and had it towed to the dealer. Assuming it was the coils because I got a code 300,303,and 304. (misfire codes). I bought new plugs and coils from the dealer and changed them int he parking lot. ( hey its x-mas I'm trying to save money). Started the car, but its still ran like crap. So I had the dealer check it over. After 3-5 hours they can't find anything wrong and now it has no compression in two cylinders. They want to pull the head and check it out. Another $1000, ans thats just to check it out. Idea's? I am a little lost on what to do next.
