Default Lowering Springs

I'm about to buy some springs. I wanted to know what are the better springs to buy and what some of you guys are using. Right now im thinking about getting the Intrax springs cause they show a 1.5" drop. everything else was around 1". Is 1.5" going to be too much? I have 225/40/18's on my car. I need some help and ideas. ??????????????????

koni, kw, bilstein, theres a bunch. if you can get your hands on a copy of european car (i think july issue for this year) theres a 2-3 page deal on the diff. companies on the market now, and what they offer.

european car is weird, they sent me july's issue 2 weeks ago, and augusts issue last week. Im 2 months ahead!

I'd lower until your wheel gap looks good, maybe a 1" gap between wheel and fender? Round here you can't go too low, the roads are rough, and driveways are often uneven/steep. Pulling in my parents driveway, EVERYTIME, I lift a tire right off the ground.
