Lowering TT.
If you buy the springs and shocks as a kit they will be matched. The KW Sport Kit lowers one inch all around and is fairly affordable at about $700 bucks. Also Eibach generally recommends Koni shocks which are designed to work with Eibach Pro-kit springs and will cost a similar amount. Neither of these setups will be as thoroughly tuned as a set of coilovers but they will still be pretty damn good for the price especially if you can avoid having to buy a 400-600 dollar alignment kit. KW states that you do not need an alignment kit until over 1" but most such as XCERTT recommend it at 0.75" which would prolly be better but perhaps not neccesary.

Yup, twin cold air feeds for the TTDA..

thanks for the info. Well, I just want to get the car lowered, with out spending so much money. I'm not going to track my car, It's pretty much just for the looks. I'm starting a project car for the summer so I don't want to blow all my budget on the TT.
My car is a FWD not a Quattro. Would I still need the rear lowering arms?

lol... wow. find that a waste of an audi TT. Still my question hasn't been answered.
I havea FWD TT, do i still need rear lowering arms if i go beyond 1.5"?
I might as well do 1.3" upfront and 1.2" in the back.
