Default Lug nut cap removal tool

I purchased some chrome lug caps for my 17mm wheel lug bolts. I got them from Tirerack but they did not include a cap removal tool -- basically a "U-shaped" deal with bent-in tangs on the end to grab the caps (remember, the lugs/caps are deeply inset in the wheel). I know places like Beverly Hills Motoring and Precision Auto Designs sell the chrome caps and tool, however one cannot buy just the tool.

A couple of those plastic removal tools? Anyone else have any leads? I may just resort to making one (out of aluminum or steel), but I'd rather have the plastic one to prevent accidental scratching of the paint.
