Default Measuring Block Values

Does any one have a list of Measure Block 0-255 for reading real time data? I've got the V-Checker Pro and going one by one is fine but it's not helpful info unless I know what im looking at. If it's an incredibly long post send me a PM and ill give you my Email. Id like to have this info for later use to determine this cold start garbage.

Thanks.

Not sure, is this what you are looking for?

Or are you looking for actual stock numbers, like what they should be?
