Data Logging with cheap cable?...
I lost my Ross-Tech USB cable months ago. I recently bought a cheap Vag USB cable off Ebay and it wont let me do any logging. Although the cable does read my ecu while using Unisetting program. Is there any way around this or do I need a new Ross-Tech cable?

will it let you access vagCom at all?
If it wont.. its because actual ross-tech cables come with the program license imbedded in the able so if you have a cheap replica cable... you need to buy the software license from ross-tech. I believe the license is $100 if you already have a non-rosstech cable.
