Default Is my computer dead?

My friend needs help with his 2001 Audi TT Quattro. It totally stalled on him. Vehicle has good compression and spark but no fuel pressure. Only 3 volts are reaching the fuel pump and there are some very funny voltages on the ignition timing and fuel injectors (all reading about 3.5 volts).

I pulled the 4 injector connectors and they all read 3.5 volts on the computer side. I think that this is very bad! Can anyone verify this before I tell my friend that he needs a new computer?

Also, the 02 sensor wires were just dangling around and could have easily grounded out on something.

There are no VW or Audi dealer were I live (Kauai, Hawaii) so taking the vehicle to a dealer is not an option.

Thanks in advance.

I would definitly run a check on the whole car and see if everythings connected. OBDII scan would help too most likely
