Push button on the deal pedal, like the hi/low switch for the headlights on many older vehicles. Keeps your hands free, and your eyes on the road, can't get better than that.

Well I'm 3 hours into the project and everything is completly off, the fmic is ready to be mounted... there is nothing left on the front end of the car lol. I have run into some bad news though, the lower charge pipe and drivers side smic are loaded with oil, when I pulled the D.side, smic off, oil just ran out of it all over the garage floor.

but whats strange is, the P.side smic had no oil in it at all, it was dry. I don't understand, I have a catch can which only has a couple drops of oil in it and its been on the car for months... could the turbo itself be leaking oil into the IC pipes??

I have pictures I will post later tonight, I'm going back to start mounting the fmic.

I once put misters on a supercharged Miata's IC. I used a NO pressure switch that closed at about 2psi. Once in boost, the misters would come on until off boost

Sorry I haven't got any pics up yet, I'm doing the install at my parents house so I brought my POS laptop, which I have just found out that it wont read my pics off my camera [:@] I had one little problem with my myster setup, I need to find some kind of check valve to put into the hose because once you spray the misters, it just kind of drains out the whoe tank since the IC sprayers are lower than the tank. I should have thought about that earlier but oh well other than that everything went well.

btw, mobius, yeh the aliens have to be removed anyway.

The oil has probably been in the ic for a very long time, long before you installed the catch can. The reason its in the drivers side ic is because the oil has a hard time going up and not over.

mine was the same way.

Your right, that makes sense and now that I thinkabout it, the oil was really thick and dark. so I should have realized that it was nothing fresh.

btw, I'll post my pics here in this thread tomorrow when I get back to my house... it looks great and it really holds the power through the rpm range much better now
