Hello please help my headlights are sweating all the time! What can I do about this problem??? Maybe there are some other ways to solve this situation like smashing both headlights and go to my insurer???? Thanks

Sounds like you have an obvious seal leak somewhere - new headlamps will cure that - I wouldn't try to chase it down unless it's completely obvious and not on the outside cover...

The headlights are fairly easy to take apart, but it's time consuming. Look for the RISO clear corners install for complete instructions on taking them apart. You may need new epoxy.

And paint the inner housing to match the body color.

Noticed some headlamps have the reflector that runs up the side and others do not... is this a year model difference or something?

either you take them out, or you buy euro spec assemblies. All assemblies made for the US have the reflector.

Is this an easy disassembly? Or what I'm asking is, removing those reflectors - will there be a blank spot? Would it be just easier to order the Euro spec style?

DIY is always cheaper
check out this link:
http://www.loomknitting.com/auditt/

go to mechanical mods and scroll....
you'll find the reflecter mod

the headlights are easy to take apart but NOT the easiest to put back together
i had issues SEALING them up but so far so good!!!!
