Question on this, hopefully someone can see since it's been a few years...

I'm still getting the incorrect flow code (0411). A few differences from this:
1. The N112 valve is capped. I'm running a straight line from the DV to the IM.
Should I have a T running between the three (DV, IM, N112)?

2. I used a 5W 330-ohm resistor, instead of a 10W. I didn't think there would be that much load for a sensor.

Hopefully someone who has run into the same issues can help.

It looks like the problem was indeed the N112 not having vacuum. In other guides and videos, they all seem to mention just capping the N112 and the P0411 code is never mentioned.

I have no codes now after supplying vacuum to the N112. Wish the other guides I've found covered this issue. Thanks for this info.
