Default n75 race valve

how does the n75 race valve actually work?..it is sed that it can let u gain 1-3 more pounds of boost. my question is, does dat mean, with the n75 race valve, u can still run stock, and then adjust it to 1 more psi or 2 psi or 3 psi?..or is it that once u install it ur gonna automattically get 1-3 more pounds of boost?

i believe it is 1-3 psi over the boost curve in the lower rpms, check out the dyno graph at ecstuning.com

its only recommended if your car is chipped though from what i;ve heard, i've been thinking about getting it but no one can say for sure what the long term effects are

does anyone know what brand chips it work for. i've heard different stories on the n75. i have my 02 225 revo stage 1 chipped and from what i hear the n75 valve is not even worth it. the shop i went to told me just to get the sps 3 or go for stage 2 of the chip. well im going for stage 2 cuz i already have a hyperboost DV and a filter in so now all i need is an exhaust and 4 bar fuel pressure regulator to get stage two. i don't know if i should even get the n75? any ideas if it'll make a difference?
