Actually, nate, i just did the math and a 20lbs 18 wheel should have about 22-25% LESS inertia than a 29lbs 17 inch wheel.
so that would be a pretty big difference...

thats not what that needs measured. You need to measure torque

torque "The measure of the force applied to a member to produce rotational motion usually measured in foot-pounds. Torque is determined by multiplying the applied force by the distance from the pivot point to the point where the force is applied."

yes, but the amount of torque required to give a certain object a set angular acceleration depends on its Inertia.

the more of the "The tendency of an object at rest to remain at rest" it has, the slower the .25 miles will be.

go do some 1/4's and lets see the differnce.... im really curious now. I can only see a small fraction of a sec differnce, maybe .1 sec either way
