Default Need some help

Need some help to run a power cable from the battery to the rear hatch. I have a 2002 TT 225Q coupe. The cable is small and I don't care if I go under or through the car. I posted in electronics, no luck yet.

The wire is small, 12 gauge?, to run power to a module to run trailer lights. I will be towing a small trailer and motorcycle to and from track-days. The module is designed to power the trailer lights independantly from the TT's lights.

ok so, go to awetuning.com and look for the boost gauge install... follow the instructionions to get the boost gauge hose into the compartment below the drivers feet (in your case the boost gauge hose is your wire)

from there, take a flat head and push the wire underneath the plastic finish that is where the door is... youll know what i mean. from there you can just lead it back.

i know this is confusing and if yuo cant figure out what i mean ill run home and take some pics and point out what i mean

1st, 12 gauge is not considered "small" by wiring ratings. 26 gauge is small; 12 gauge is getting big. But that's irrelevant.

I think the TT Cops will arrest you and take away your car if you put a trailer hitch on it. Buy a beater to tow around your bikes.

Come arrest me then, the hitch is already on. It will also come in handy when transporting two bicycles too. The second vehicle idea is no good for me, no room for a second car/truck.

I get the idea, but if you felt like posting pictures or just emailing them (greg808@gmail.com), that would be great. How do I get past the back seats, still under the trim or just tucked next to them?

Thanks,

Greg
