Nice.

Will youhave a 225 to test fit?
I might be able to make a weekend roadtrip or two if you can't find anyone closer to do it.

It's gonna be fun when competitors and their nut huggersstart totalk shxt.
I know they all probably hate you for steering people away from their products (junk).

i know there are a few 225's here. Im hoping someone wouldnt mind lending me their car for a day or 2.

Competition is the name of the game. Whenpeople compare the cores i am going to use to those of the tCarbon kits, people will really rethink about ever gitting one. Plus the cores will bea little smaller and have better even flow over the core. Less space to fill, less lag. Better distrabution in the core, better cooling. Plus if you want more, yeah, ill give you that too

intersting cincy, still would be nice to cehck out the pics. i always thought that the metal pipes heat up more than the silicone? are the inner walls not smoother too.. i thought that is why silicone became popular over steel. uber smooth for better airflow.

smooth walls are actually bad.. you want some disturbance along the edges so that a small cushion of air lines the tube. this allows for the air down the middle to move better with less turbulence.

i think i read/saw that somewhere.

Q) what are you trying to remove from the air?
A) heat
correct!

Q) What absorbs heat?
A) silicone?

incorrect

A2) Metal

correct!

Silicone will trap the heat in and the metal will pull it out. Yes you may get some heat from the outside, but that will be pre-ic and not post, so who cares, its not going to make it hotter, just keep it hot longer. Which just like inmaking a turbo spool, heat moves air faster. All will then be cooled to just over abient (with a GOOD core) and then to the TB still cool.

Plus you want as few piping and connections as possible. I plan on making 2 pipes to the ic and then 1 to the TB. we will see how it goes.
