Yes, it is a boost gauge as well, so if you have one taking up a vent right now you can just replace that with this one. The only issue now is boost is shown in mbars not lbs, but they will eventually upgrade the software to make that an option. Software upgrades are free you just have to pay shipping costs.

If you go through the users manual, 27 pages, you can see everything this does. The cable is sufficiently long enough to run from the passenger window side vent, although no one will ever put it over there. I've already checked for codes, had a 16683 which I have no idea what that is, and I can erase fault codes. I can do a throttle body alignment as well... Hell, you need to read the users manual since this can do so much, it basically reads and displays the ECU. I spent over $200 on just the boost gauge and column pod for my GTI so this is well worth the money. BTW this will work with the mkiv as well as other pre-can bus VW/Audi vehicles as far as I know. If you go over to the AudiWorld forums in the TT discussion (http://forums.audiworld.com/tt/) I have the same thread going over there and one of the replies is from the US distributor (MCPaudiTT - DEFCON 1) and I'm sure he'd be glad to answer all your questions... He needs to hook me up for all the free advertising I've given this gauge over the five or so forums I've posted on! j/k

that sounds awesome! although i wish they could do a round screen. i have extra vents if anyone needs 1. im gonna just send 1 out so i dont have to rip one out yet. if i ever sell my car, i can replace with the stock. pm if interested
