Id say CV joint or strut mount bearing.

most likely a CV joint or bushing, but mine rattled n it turned out it was a wheel bearing

Hello,
Yes it is due to busing i think less chances of joint but maybe joint. because i also get same type of problem then i changed my sway bar and mount both and now my car is good. i bought these parts from here on ebay at very good reasonable price.

good luck!!

My mechanic (a very good one, by the way) told me his best guess was that it is the ball joints. Most guesses here are that it is the strut mount bear bearing. Is there a way he can test the ball joints to see if they are worn out? I'd hate to buy the wrong parts. I doubt that it's the CV joint or joints because there is no noise when I'm turning.
