So I'm wondering if anyone got an OBD for their car, and which brand would they advise? I figured it should have at least OBD II and EOBD, but I'm not sure if it will address the problem...

So I unhooked my Instrument Panel and battery, but upon installing it back up, I realized that the power windows won't go up and down with one click anymore -> I have to keep my finger pressing on it to work... I figured I need a Auto Scanner to do the fix, any advice?

 

You do not need a scanner to fix the one click up/down issue. Uses them a few times and it should reset. Have the window all the way up, and from there hold the button until the window is all the way down. Then hold the button until its all the way up. Do this a few times, always resets mine within a few minutes

 

Vagcom is what you need, but not to fix that issue.

Hold down, when window is all the way down, lift and the press down again. Doe the same thing going up and you will be good.

 

You guys are great.. The job is just about done, but I experience one more problem which I'll post :P
