Hey I just bought this OBD scanner for my brother's Rx-8 for Christmas. Anyone know if it will work for my '01 coupe?

Yes it will work on your TT.
Not sure if you'll get an explaination of model specific codes; should you throw any.
You also won't be able to use the "real time a/f ratio",because you don't have a wideband o2 sensor.
