Default Oil leak in turbo

I have a small oil leak that I think is coming from my turbo. I gets into the intake piping and I see it coming out by the diverter connector. What could be causing this and is this normal? And is it major or since its just a small leak is it minor? I dont notice any smoke coming from the exhaust if that matters. Thanks.

dude that shouldn't happen at all! not in the intake inlet pipe! (and the hose thats on the dv, those are vaccum hoses no oil traveling through them) i think you have a link in the oil lines going to the turbo or oil pan? not sure but i wouldnt drive the car that much untill you get that looked at!
