Any ideas on what I'll get charged to have that gasket replaced?

 

It doesen't have a gasket, but a silicon sealant. It's an easy DIY, with virtual no special tools needed. Takes a few hours, but only about 1 hour of work. Most of the time is downtime waiting for the sealent to dry, ect.

 

Yeah, I figured. I live in the middle of Chi-town which makes tons of easy DIY jobs...quite difficult.

 

cant see it being more than 1-1.5 hours of labor and the sealant (ecs sells the dealer brand).

 

IDK... my dealer wants $450 to change the halidex fluid and the gasket is more difficult. I would try to go to an aftermarket shop, if nothing else.
