Default opinions on a homemade gauge bezel

here's what I have so far

notice there is a slight angle to it, bringing the gauges to optimum viewing angle
didn't have any gauges so I just mocked up em real quick

What do you guys think?

its a good start. Tough part will be actually mounting gauges at an angle. I made it about that far with a prototype. I have more advanced machinery to work with now (Hurco VM2 mill), so I need to find a decent open source 3D CAD program to teach myself on, and then hopefully I'll design something like the Mantis pod.

I need to mount oil pressure, temperature, and voltage. Want to try to fit all 3 in that location.

I like it but you should try to get a hold of a stock needle. That needle looks too retro for the car.
