For those of you who sprayed yours, how did you make the rings and audi a different color? In other words what would be the best way to tape these off or did you make a template or hand paint them?? What's the best way? I dont wanna make this harder than it actually is.

ok, first i sprayed the cover the color i wanted the rings... then i taped off what i wanted to keep that color and sprayed the second color...

if you want i can post pics of how they turned out... black and silver.

You could always use like vaseline or something carefully swabbed inside the rings to repel the paint. Easy enough to wipe off too when you're done and the paint has dried. That's how we used to do it when I made pottery and we wanted designs that the glaze wouldn't run over when fired.

LOL you going by the monster wheel gap in that photo? I think the car was on jackstands at the time.

My OEM wheelgap isn't too bad:
