Default Poly Bushings

Anybody replace their control arm bushings with the poly ones from ECS? Just wondering if it is worth it.

I have, and it seems to firm the front suspension. I also replaced the sway bar bushings w/ poly and replaced the strut top w/ new bearing and rubber, finally got the thumping and squeaking to stop.

I have eccentric bushings on my rear arms, they're poly. Def. a firmer ride, better handling. I'd highly recommend either poly a-arm bushings, or the defcon sleeves, or both for the front. You'll see a HUGE difference in handling, and extended tire life since your car will hold its alignment in corners better, and not scrub against each other under load.

Theres a somewhat recent thread floating around for the defcon things.
