Exhaust work is low on my list, and I have a 225, so my options are a bit more open, so I don't really follow this stuff too much. From what I've gathered, 42DD stopped making downpipes for awhile? Guessing thats in reference to the 180?

Anyway, I was just told that 42DD will be taking orders for downpipes, build on a per order basis. That would mean a 5-10 day lead time for the pipe to be built after you place your order, then shipping time.

At this point, it's all hearsay, since like i said, I don't know the background. Take it as you will.

Also some cool info relating to TTStuff, I dunno how much is public knowledge yet, but hopefully I'll have a thing or two to say about that by tonight.

I always hear TTstuff is such a shady company, but I never had problems with my orders in the past, I made atleast 4 or 5 from them.

TTStuff is most definately NOT a shady company. TTStuff of the past was a little on the shady side, only because the people who were taking orders were a-holes, and would delete orders so they wouldn't have to take the time to fill them. Those people are long gone, and the guys who operate it now are great. I think TTStuffs biggest problem now is that they're busy as hell, and if you're order isn't on your doorstep in 2 days, people get the impression that they're back to not filling orders, which is definately not the case.
I've yet to meet Brian, the owner, in person, but I've emailed with him a couple times, and he's really helped me out, and phone orders with his sales guy usually turn into 10 minute conversations. Unfortunately didn't get back with the sales guy today to get the rest of the info this evening. I plan on sending a text tomorrow.
