Default PSI Tapering

Whats the best mod to keep the PSI from tapering under full throttle? I want it to stick and stay where it should be!

im going to have to say an MBC...

although, strange as it seems, my BOV makes my psi stay at 20 pretty much from full boost through the powerband...

Its a small turbine wheel. It wont hold anything over 18psi for very long. its the way of life. A ebc will hold the boost the best, but a mbc will do almost as good.

keeping with MBCs, where to buy and what to buy? I'm looking into doing the diode mod soon and that's the only think I'm not sure about. Which kind of MBC/EBC is recommended and who's got a good deal on it?

You will need some sort of bleed or combo mbc. The bleed valve will smooth out the boost onset and prevent large spikes. I among others use a turboXS hpbc that uses both a ball&spring and bleed valve. This is nice since it will work great with a small and large turbo. If you are just planning on keeping the stock turbo and want to save some money, a turbonetics variable boost controller can be had on ebay for about $45 shipped and will do the job nicely also. Just aviod ball&spring mbc's by themselves, they cause the turbo to spool to fast and make it spikey and givethe turbo an on/off feeling.

And part throttle limp [>:] I'll hopefully be sorting that out today/tomorrow.
