Question and possibly answer for TT sport suspension
So I have a 2001 Audi TT 225 quattro convertible. In the purchasing process for oem suspension components the question comes up for 'sport suspension.' I decoded my trim options from the tag in the spare tire cavity and the 1JT comes back 'rear sports shock absorbtion.' Would I be correct that this means my vehicle has the sport suspension rather than the 'base?'
I looked for a while and had a hard time finding a straight answer on any of the TT forums for the question of which MK1 Audi TTs have 'sport' suspension or 'base' suspension. Is there a more simple answer to it than what I did?
I have 5 purple dots on one of the springs.....
