Default Race N75 Frequency Valve

I have a close to stock 2000 TTQC. I have a Forge DV but that is as far as my mods go. I am plaaning to do some tuning in the future, well until i can fiqure out how much i need for Chip and all the mods that go with it.

My plans are ARP/GIAC chip, Modshack intake, Front mount Intercooler and something to open up the exhuast. I know you dont have to do all of them to get power increases I just want to do it safely, without worring about broken parts. My question is is it worth buying the Race N75 Frequency Valve now before theses mods ? Will it make a difference in the power curve ? Will i need it in the future when i do my upgrades ?

My second question what can i do for Downpipe or exhuast when it comes time to chip my car ? I was thinking stock Downpipe with High flow cat and flow through muffler, but im not sure what my options are?

Thanks ahead of time for the help you can give me..

As always picture to entertain.

Skip the Race N75... it makes the boost spikey. You'd be better off with a Boost Machine or MBC to tune the boost peak and onset much better than that.

Agreed, I just got my Boost Machine in from www.modshack.info and it works great. The power is there all the way to redline, and its very smooth.
