Rack and Pinion leaking

Hello,

My rack and pinion is leaking on the passenger side. can you just change the seal or do you have to change the whole rack?

I bought one on Ebay. They sure are not cheap. I tried to find a how to to fix the old one, but I read that you need special tools.

passanger side USA means to me the fluid filler side? is it leaking from the filler area?
