Default Radial pull?

so. after i got my new wheels put on, i realized I needed an alignment(car pulling right). I was told by the alignment shop that my everthing was within specs. my question is: how do I find out which of my tires has a radial belt that is out of place. Im thinking that the tire that is bad, might have more wheel weights attached to balance it..? Or would the imbalance only be lateraly noticeable since the balance works off of centrifical force?

Are your tires directional? I would think you could swap sides and see if it pulls the other direction, then figure out front vs back.
