Default Radio Went Blank?

The other day I went out to my 2000 audi tt and found the battery to be dead. Not surprised since it had been sitting i checked the battery and found it was bad. I went and replaced the battery and everything was fine. After replacing the battery I noticed that the radio and CD player did not work. There was no power to either one of them. I checked the fuse and it was fine. I dont know what could have cause the radio and CD player to go out. It does not even have power so that I can enter the safety code. I do not know if there is another fuse besides the one in the fuse panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Same thing happened to me and dealer said to check side panel fuse (duh) and fuse on back of radio (both good). Shop is still investigating the problem. I'll keep you posted if they find a solution.

This has happened to me a few times and each time I took it in and they just took the radio out and basically put it back in and it worked. Make sure you have your radio code or they might charge you to look that up too.
