Re-Install Instrument Cluster

I cannot re-install this instrument cluster.

The top clips on top of this cluster seem to be impeding the insertion of the cluster.

Where do these clips insert to?

How do they slide in?

No tot worry. I have done it. I just applied more force to those clips and they were ale to slide under and lock in from underneath as per design.
