check the link, its up to the senate for now is my impression. money should be coming in june. its 1200 per household if you are married i think, then i think 300 extra per kid

W/o your taxes, the roads would suck, (they do suck- too much salt/frost heaves/potholes from poor design) the cops and fire dept wouldnt exist, (most houses are gutted by fire here before the FD gets them under control, and cops get their budget by speed traps and BS tickets) the army/navy/rest of the armed forces would not exist, (we over extend what we should) and every other government worker would not exist. Welfare is only a tiny part of the whole (Actually, about 15% of the population here).

This $1200 per house hold is borrowed money. - They are robbing Peter to pay Paul.
Long term this isn't going to be good. - People need to invest that money, not go on a shopping spree.....

The refunds has not been approved by the Senate yet. The Senate wants to add a bunch of things to the bill like extended unemployment benefits. If that happens it will not get passed. If it stays the way it is now we could get a refund as early as May.
