Default Replacing Coolant Sensor and other random bits

I was going to place on order through ecs for some side markers, and some locking screws to replace the one that dissapeared when I went to jump start it, and some MT-90 and washers to hopefully get rid of the PIA shifting when cold/1st to second.
Today, coming into the carport I noticed the temp gague was over a tick or two.
This is the first time I noticed this, and I plan on doing the climate control diagnostic tommorrow, and ordering the green top sensor and a new clip. I already know my cluster is wacky from the gas gauge, but I am hoping the techron I just put in might resolve that.Anycase, given this little background, and the fact that my car has only 22k miles on it (01 225 6spd quattro coupe) is there any real worry that it could be the timing belt already?
Also, if there is anyone within a couple hours or so of Burlington, VT that would be willing to get me accomodated or give me a hand that would be great, and rewarded with delicios beer, haha. Hopefully on the install also is the SW vac/boos gauge, at least once modshack gets the adapters back in stock.
