Its all on the dyno. The tq is about right, the hp could be a a tiny bit higher. WIth a turboback it will improve greatly. What kind of dyno?

I think when i had it dynoed, I had a vtda on so that might have caused the tip to collapse, which in turn would hurt the hp numbers. That is just a theory of mine but like Wishiwasrwd stated, I should have got a baseline! Damn it!

The best explaination i have heard about the tip collapse is that the intake cant flow enough to supply the turbo. With a larger and higher flowing filter a stock tip shouldnt collapse.

I have a Revo Stage II tune and there is a significant difference in Power and torque.
Never had it dynoed because there are very few good AWD dynos around and none in
this area. Plus I don't trust them disconnecting the Haldex and getting the front wheel drive
numbers. Not sure if that is reliable or accurate.

FWD will be plenty accurate. You can always just pull the fuse before it gets on the dyno yourself and then plug it back in when done. The fwd will be higher, but they will also be more consistant throughout the powerband since the power isnt constantly changing between the front and rear.

Revo Stage II?? You have a 225 if I remember correctly, right? If so there is no such thing as a Revo Stage II for the 225, it is just referred to as "Revo Performance Software". I thought there was myself and went looking/researching for it but to my dissapointment there was none. I don't think there is a Stage II available on the 180 either.

There is a REVO Stage II. It requires a Turbo back Exhaust, a 4bar FPR and a Free Flowing Intake (or at least not more restrictive than stock which some aftermarket intakes are). It also suggests a FMIC but it is not a requirement like the other items are. It's a $50.00 upgrade on top of your standard Revo Tune. Just check with any Revo Retailer. Just give these guys a call:

EDIT: I had to delete the email due to the legal statement at the bottom that I didn't catch....sorry, it said I could not copy or display the email for privacy reasons. In a nut shell Revo told me that there is a stage II but it does not add power. It is meant to correct some issues for a larger downpipe or cat delete. Email Revo directly like I did and see if you get the same response.

So my bad there is a "stage II" but it does nothing for power as revo stated. I myself really wouldn't think of it as a true stage II but thats just me. The Stage II programs that recommend the stuff you listed is for the 2.0 VW/Audi which does yield 10-15% more power. But the Stage II for us is just a "fix it".

Well, I guess I am fixed . I do have the 42DD DP and high flow cat and perhaps it is just in my mind but after I upgraded to the Stage II it did
feel a bit more responsive. Perhaps my butt dyno is wrong. Or the upgrade corrected some issues and it indeed is a tad more powerful than before!?
Who knows. All I know I paid 50 bucks for the upgrade/fix.
