Nevermind the 17's sold out. You can get the 19's for 1200 though. You'd be saving almost 900 bucks. I decided to get vmaxx coilovers instead of rims though. Heh.

I wish my black OEM wheels worked out. They were junk. I was getting a pretty bad vibration at 65mph so I took the wheels to be balance. The tire place tells me 2 of the 4 rims are bent (but can't tell me where.) It so happens the 2 bent rims were the 2 with tread.

I moved the bent rims to the rear to minimize steering wheel vibration and was running the low tread wheels up front. This only proved to be mildly annoying and I thought about purchasing 2 new tires for the front. My decision was made for me 1 morning when I got a flat (on 1 of the 2 rear tires) due to the biggest damn nail I've ever seen.

I did a little research on the Tex and I found those 16in steelies with almost new tires for $250 total. The guy was from Chambersburg. He drives a white R32 w/ smoked tails. Maybe you've scene him around. Nice guy.

 

Sucks about your stock 6's...I wouldn't run unbalanced wheels they'll eat up parts of your suspension eventually (wheel bearings primarily).

Bengti? Yeah he just got that R, he used to have a Jetta GLI...I always saw that Jetta sitting in his driveway then he moved and sold it. His house was on the way to wal-mart where I live so I've driven by it a thousand times lol.

and I'm not running the stock 6s anymore. they are junk. going to trash them as soon as I figure out how. I think the local dump takes things free.

 

What color is your TT? Of your choices I really don't like either one but between the two
