Default Roadster roll bars(in a coupe)?

So if I could have one option that is only available in the roadster, I would want to translpant the roll bars from the roadster into the coupe. I'm wondering if it could be an added item in a seat delete kit(that would be cool). I'm sure it would stiffen the car up quite a bit. It would look pretty sick 2.

So you're saying you want a convertible that can't go topless?

I'm with "WishIwasRWD". I don't think the roll bars would add any stiffness at all. It would be for looks. Rather have that mild roll cage. It would add stiffness and protection.

Someone a long time ago posted a black coupe with the roll bars installed.

I'm sure you could work the hoops in with a mid body brace. Like a strut tower brace only behind the drivers seat.

The roll cage is actually tied into the body and often times frame so it actually makes the car stiffer. Just putting in a brace will make little change in handling, kind of like if you removed the strut brace under the hood

I think that's a good idea. You could do a seat delete kit with some roadster hoops. It would be functional, look good, I wonder what a set of bars would go for in a junk yard?
