Yeah i have the manual. But on my fuse panel #43 says "Engine timingetrol" and its not blown.

I was thinking maybe it would be a fuse in the engine bay somewhere but i'm not sure.

 

I'm not 100% sure what all 3 of the fuses on top of the battery do. I just know the far left is for the fans.

 

I saw a picture of a SAI relay switch labeled J299. Its one of those square ones, but I dont know where it is.

Ok I found my secondary air injection relay switch. How do i tell if it's dead or not? It's one of those cube looking fuses with "100" written on it. Its right under my sway bar by my MAF in that black box looking thing. What exactly does a relay switch do?
