Default same code

A few months back i got code P0411 (Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected),searched around and found a few cracked houses and replaced them. I did a resest and all was good for months but now code is back so searched hoses again and as i searched found a new problem , oil leaking from somewhere on passenger side of engine. Any ideas on both problems would be awesome!

near the top of the engine, bottom, what? Could be valve cover gasket, could be cam seals, could be oil pan.

It's the passenger side around the timing belt cover ,in that area. i took off the cover under the car when my p0411 code came back to look at more possible cracked hoses and seen oil on the cover and when i looked up. Wiped it all from underneath than took off the engine cover and the one covering the power steering and over flow bottles and seen oil on everything , i was low about a quart.
