Default Should I keep/store my TT?

I have a 2001 Audi TT Quattro in "good" condition. Less than 100K miles and it still drives great. Thinking if I sell it can get around 3K which isn't much and I have lots of memories in the car and would hate to sell it for so cheap.

I'm going to be getting a new car and I was wondering opinions on if I should save my TT in hopes that one day it may be a "collectible"? Thoughts?

I would say if you can afford to keep it, and want to keep it, then keep it.
Your TT may never become "collectible", but if you enjoy it, that does not matter.

I agree wholeheartedly. The car will take sometime to be recognized as a "value". I've owned many classic "muscle" and "sports'" cars in my lifetime and so far,
all have been very good to me. With that said, its all about what YOU love/like/hate about the car. I have both "loved" and "hated" this car. The "love" is for obvious reasons.
Style. Performance (Quattro 6-speed) and just a "hoot to drive" for an aspirated, 4 cylinder. It is the "HATE" portion I do not enjoy.

I turned wrenches and did many of the repairs/upkeep on my 1965 to 1972 classics.
In 2012, when I sold my last classic and bought my first "newer" sports car (2001 or newer),
I have just recently been buying my metric tools with the thought of turning wrenches on the TT.

If it's your daily driver, well, I would stick with a mechanic you trust.
If it's your toy - Spring/summer/early fall car then, you can take the time -
(with the help of the Bentley manual) and attempt to fix it yourself.

Worse case, you have a flat bed tow service come and get it and take to to your mechanic or the dealer.

I think of it as a "German engineered Cobra".

Best of luck.
