Default Signals stay on

So every time I signal for right or left, the blinker stays on and doesn't blink. I thought one of my bulbs were out, but they're all good. Any clue? Has this happened with anyone ?

You will need to remove the radio head unit. Make sure you have the security code. Cheapest place I found for the stereo removal tool/key was WalMart.
