Default Spiral Hose wrap

what exactly is that stuff called that they use to wrap hoses in? It looks like some sort of plastic or rubber spiral wrap that you put on hoses. I've seen it used for both decoration... and to prevent rubbing and chaffing. it usually comes in a ton of different colors in case you're using it for accents. I don't think it has any adhesive on it or anything but I guess it could.
what is that stuff called and where can you get it?

search spiral wrap, and you'll get a bunch of small diameter stuff for audio cables and the like. Not sure where you would get bigger gauge stuff if thats what you need.

to wrap steel braided brake lines with to keep them from chaffing.
Also I use it to wrap large wire harnesses with. I have large wire harnesses usually not present on most TTs in mine lol

Try Summit Racing http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...=115+%2D121941

Lots of types, not sure about colors beyond black, ss,and alum. Also search under wire sleeves and sheaths
