what blue top?
and I realize thats a BOV hose... the stuff I'm talking about looks like that though. its colored and wraps around hose the way that one looks. that one may be a solid hose that's just textured to look like there's something wrapped around it. But I know they sell that plastic 1" wide stripping to wrap hoses in. I just don't know what it's called.

Yea, I looked through tons of pictures before i finally found a TT with something that looked like what i was looking for. Don't know the guy. right on though. I know they do sell it for electronics stuff
