I am not sure I am understanding your problem. I went to both links you provided and they both show that they have 5x100 lug pattern.

Are you sure you want to run with 19's? They are a little to big for the car imo, plus since its a bigger rim. You will need to go with a smaller size tire, making your ride feel rougher.

^19's are a lil big for our cars. if your going for a flashy looking car..then ya i guess...but if you plan on taking your car on tracks...u dont want 19's.
alot of ppl run 18x7.5/8.5

im going with the 18x8's all the way arround and doing 245/35/18 but we are worried about rubbing in the front. we want bigger meats all the way arround with the same size overall circumference of the oe wheels.

i gave up on staggered were gonna track he car and staggered looks great but i want the performance with out worrying if i hit a pot hole my rim is done

In that case, 245/35/18 will be fine. You shouldn't be rubbing.
