Default starting to get bummed out

so i just ran my car on ebay for 10 days... i had no luck. Im starting to get kind of bummed out that i cant get rid of it haha. I want a TT so freakin bad, and there are a few in the area that are amazing deals right now. Anyone have any advice as far as selling cars? haha i wanted to have my car gone and have a TT by June. Well... its june and no luck......
you think i should
a) continue to try selling it
b) wait until i can pay the dif and take the trade in hit from the dealer
c) say screw it and keep my car
just venting....

Carmax won't give you anything, but I guess if you're desperate. They offered me @ $2000 under loan value for my Tacoma, that I later sold on eBay. Myslow, are you getting hits to your ad on eBay?

I sold my 318ti on ebay in 19 hours... :/
Autotrader? Craigslist? See how much a dealer will give you for it.

Right now is a great time to sell your car because of gas prices & kids are getting their licenses so they want a nice car.

I sold my Lexus SC400 on Craigslist in April to buy my TT, but it took 6 listings. It's just about timing and who needs what when.

If you are selling an SUV, it could be a very long wait...

Patience is a virtue my friend...
Since the car you have now is already modified. I would think it'd be easier to sell it to another enthusiast. no?

Yeah, because if you're not into modding, the car becomes scary, because you (the new owner) and your mechanic can't just go by the repair manual anymore.

Unfortunately, us that do mod know that if you mod, you probably romp on the car a little bit, so right off the bat, a fellow modder isn't going to pay you as much.

Basically, you're screwed either way.

Mr. glass is half empty ^...... lol. i feel the same way.

i ran it one more time as buy it now or best offer this time. Hopefully i can get somewhat close to what im asking otherwise i will just take the hit at the dealer in the next few monthes... My friend works at a BMW dealer and he is able to locate TT's for me across the US. I have found some in the area and he found some that would just be AMAZING deals... i just dont have the monies to buy another car. I already have my tib and a winter beater lol.

you show me a glass-half-full side, and I'll accept it.

I'll go for cars.com or autotrader long before I try ebay. Buying a car on ebay just feels sketchy to me. I bought my 225 off of cars.com
