I have bought a car off ebay, sight unseen, and shipped it from FL to NY. It was a little sketchy but the car had zero problems for the 4 years I owned it and I sold it to a friend who still has it- 230k on a 1998 jeep grand cherokee! I have also purchased 5 vehicles off craigslist, try that. Good luck with the sale-

^well i have 2 people interested. Both are going to tell me next week... One of them is through the tiburon forum im on, the other is from ebay in my terms and conditions it says buyer must put a 500 dollar deposit down. Both have been sending me several e-mails. I seriously hope it goes through, i contacted my buddy at the beamer dealer to try and get me a more final price on this 225 as an incase.

*crosses fingers* lol

I hope it works out for you, but trust me, based on experience selling cars on eBay, you need to request a deposit at close of auction. You have nothing until some money changes hands. Don't let some guy hang you up without money, because in the meantime you may lose other qualified bidders.
