Default steering rack possible problem?

Hey guys, im new to the TT side however this is my 3rd audi. (2 A4s in the past) I just bought an 02 225 white TT, and I know its got some very very expensive things done to it like supersprint full exhaust, a possible larger turbo and... the Superleggeras. My question to you guys is... the car is lowered with Eibach springs I believe but when i turn at low speeds i hear a binding in the steering rack, it seems like, or possibly in the front suspension. just wondering if this is a rather common issue and what can i do/get to fix the noise. once again it is like a binding noise as i am rotating the wheel either way back and fourth, it starts basically once i rotate the wheel a little bit more than i would on a standard turn on the road so im guessing more thena quarter turn... any help would be great thanks guys

i dont think the tires are rubbing on anything there 225/40/18s and the wheels are only 8 inches wide so i dont think it would be that... so im not sure.

check the power steering fluid level, another way to check it not the suspension is to jack the front wheels off the ground and see if it does it
