Default Stripped Crank Pulley Bolt! Please help.

I got 3 out of 4 crank pulley bolts out fine, but 1 stripped. I think when I had the belt changed last, it may have been over torqued. Should I get a dremel and try carving a line across it and try getting it loose with a huge flat head screwdriver? I'm really not sure how to fix this. Should I try those screw extractor bits? I've been soaking it with WD-40 so I can try to get at it again tomorrow morning. Any help here would be awesome. Heres a picture.

You might get lucky with a set of EZ-Outs. I don't think the dremel and flat tip idea will work with torque still on the screw.

Wasted money on crap to take it out and in the end, I hammered in the next size allen bit. Came right out. Kinda funny looking back.

Had the same issue, hammered 1/4 still didnt work... drill out the head of the bolt so you can take the pulley off then use an easy out to remove the rest of the screw... dont hit the pulley with the drill while drilling out the head of the bolt.... once the torque is off the screw it should come off pretty easy... I used a little pb blaster for safe measure, the drill for the easy out ended up removing it before I even got to use my fancy easy out

I'm glad its out. I am now working on loosening the timing belt so I can slide it off the cam sprocket and take my head off.
