sway bar???
i did the dogbone bushing from SE from TTstuff.
it was a bihatch to install ,.... had to compres sthe to f@$K with a 20 ton press. i will admitt the shifts are crisper but now i got vibrations coming from a lose clip that attaches the plastic cover over the hatch. i read those clips are plastic and notorious for breaking. ... its not so bad when the stereo is on but.. yeesh .. it vibrates like a motha motha.
but i do want to know also how was the install on the rear bars. was it easy ? did it require a lot of tools? can you speciify which tools ... i know im asking too much now lol

wow, i've heard that the dogbone bushings are very easy, like a 20min job. hmm, maybe i'm in for a long night. can anyone else verify this?

I also heard the rear sway should be about 90-120min job.
The dogbone install is easy.. really easy. I dont understand why some people have problems. Maybe the energy suspension kit from ttstuff uses a stiffer bushing. I wouldn't know. I used the kit from ECSTuning.
And make sure you just get a torque wrench and torque those bolts right (18.5 ft-lbs for the small, 37 ft-lbs for the big) else you probably won't torque them enough and 1. your bolts will fly the f*** out and 2. you'll get hella vibration.
I just put all my socket with the extension and then got more of my body weight over it and it cought in no time. Torqueing the bolts again about 50-100miles later is important also with new stretch bolts
ok, so i got my sway bar on and man does it make a difference!!!! the car feels much more neutral, more planted and much stiffer. it took us about two hours total to get it put in. i had to drop the muffler and heat shield which i wasn't expecting to have to do. i could do it next time in about 30 min. if you haven't already put one on i highly recomend it.
